Kim Zolciak-Biermann (left) wore the look to the season 5 ATL reunion while Melissa Gorga wore the same look to the 2013 Bravo Upfronts yesterday.

So remember how the Biermann clan moved back into Big Poppa’s Kim’s condo while waiting for Chez Biermann to be built? Well, it turns out they didn’t build Chez Biermann. The lot is located in the ultra exclusive Manor Golf and Country Club neighborhood where DeShawn Snow’s (season 1) mansion was located. Kim and Kroy purchased the “lot” at an ultra low price because the developer of this section of the neighborhood went bankrupt. Well, apparently that’s not true. Someone was already building the house and went into FORECLOSURE. The house was listed for $ million. Didn’t sell. Lowered the price over $1 million. Still didn’t sell. The BANK then lowered the price of the house to $999,900 and were accepting offers. That’s where Kim and Kroy swept in and purchased the house for $880,000! They closed on the house in October and have been renovating since. Sound familiar? Well, Kandi Burruss and her beau Todd purchased a home in foreclosure and began renovating it, which Kim gave Kandi a hard time for doing. So it bargains the question…why did Kim lie about how they began the process of this house?
